Existing Client
If you are an existing ACOA client, you have two options:
  • You can submit a new funding application using MyACOA our new ACOA Client Portal.
  • You can submit a claim using ACOA Direct, our old portal.

Note that your login credentials are the same for both portals.

I have forgotten my account (user name or password) Log in to MyACOA account
Transition from ACOA Direct Existing clients can continue to use ACOA Direct for claims while new applications are submitted through MyACOA. Over the next year, all features will transition to MyACOA for a better user experience.
