If you lose access to your GCKey or need to use a different Sign-In Partner, sign in using your new credentials and complete the re-enrolment process.

Re-enrolment links your new sign-in credentials to your existing MyACOA account and restores access to your organization, applications, projects, and claims.

Re-enrol with a new GCKey or Sign-In Partner

Registering for MyACOA is a two-step process:

  1. Create a personal account using GCKey or a Sign-In Partner using your online banking credentials.
  2. Register a new organization with ACOA, or connect to one that is already registered.

We strongly recommend speaking with a Business Information Officer before registering.

Once your account and organization are set up, sign in to MyACOA and scroll down to the Project Applications section. Choose + New Application, give your application a descriptive name based on the project you'll be undertaking, and follow the step-by-step form. You can save your progress and return anytime.

Typical supporting documents include:

  • Incorporation documents
  • Financial statements
  • A detailed project description
